Revenue Calculation Formula

Net Revenue = the total sum of the following components:
On casino activities, all gross monies received by us in respect of all settled bets made by New Depositors after deducting:
monies paid out to New Depositors as winnings
bad debts
fraud
transactions which are reversed by instruction from the card-holder’s bank (commonly referred to as charge-backs)

“Payment Agent” means the person appointed by Trada Games to carry out on its behalf and make payments to the Affiliates.

Negative Carry Over – No. Fraud and charge back expenses will be carried forward and offset against future revenue.

Payment Date – Within the first 15 days of the month.
