Program Reputation
Player Issues – The AffRevenues properties – specifically Casino Del Rio – have previously shared an affiliate program with several casinos in the Winner group. This group have been sporadic in their response to player complaints.
The casinos associated with this group have more instances of requests for Notarized ID than the standard operators groups. These may be a legitimate anti-fraud measure, but this is an invasive and costly process and should only be used on larger balances and as a last resort. The reports we’ve seen don’t suggest that these requests are being limited to these situations.
This group have also been unresponsive to player complaints.
A complaint submitted to us against Winner casino appears to have shown the operator making up the rules as they went along to punish a player they were unhappy with.
The AffRevenue Affiliates group enforce withdrawal restrictions on Progressive Jackpot winnings. As Progressive Jackpots are paid out by the software provider jackpot pool, there’s no justification for enforcing this type of restriction other than to try and frustrate the winning player into losing back part of the win.

Affiliate Issues – In late 2014 an affiliate was found to be engaged in large scale hacking of WordPress sites. They were using security loopholes to access the sites then uploading a page of casino reviews. All affiliate programs have clear terms and conditions prohibiting this type of marketing. While some affiliate programs managed to shut this affiliate down quickly and stopped appearing on the hacked sites quickly, other programs either failed to stop the affiliate from opening new accounts or simply didn’t shut down the original accounts.
Some of the brands being operated by the extended Winner group continued to appear on these sites for many months after they were made aware of this issue.

Conclusion
From a player perspective, the extended Winner group won’t discuss complaints with 3rd party dispute resolution services, are more likely to ask players to comply with costly and invasive security measures and appear to have made rules up as they went when a situation didn’t suit them. That’s an impressive list of good reasons for players not to engage with this operator.
From an affiliate perspective AffRevenues has a list of pretty negative terms which we summarise below:
• Negative Carryover policies – if your players have a win large enough to create a significant negative balance for you, this creates a situation where you no longer have any incentive to carry on marketing the program’s brands. This leads to a short-term mind set to working relationship between the affiliate and the program.
• Right to reduce your commission levels to 15% or an undefined level (qualifying as a minimum activity clause) based on vague criteria.
What is also of a concern is that properties within the extended Winner group have been ineffective in preventing their brands appearing on hacked affiliate sites when other reputable operators have coped. This has angered many in the affiliate community and as such all Winner related programs hold Not Recommended status.
