“6.4. While Affiliates Shark features No Negative Carryover for all Affiliate partners, certain referred customers may win large amounts at a partner casino in a calendar month to cause an Affiliate overall earnings to be a negative amount. In case of such an occurrence (commonly referred to as “virtual fencing” in the Affiliate industry), Affiliates Shark may, after consulting with the Affiliate, temporarily remove this customer from the Affiliate revenue stream until such time where the customer winnings have been recovered by the partner casino.
Affiliates Shark uses the following formula to determine if a customer will be removed from an Affiliate revenue stream:
Net Winnings – Total Withdrawals (Approved) – Calendar Month Bonuses
Once the customer winnings have been recovered, they will be returned to the Affiliates Shark stream. By doing this, your Affiliate partner monthly earnings are protected.”

Program Reputation
Player Issues – A complaint submitted to this service saw the operator cite a term stipulating that if a deposit was uncollected from the player’s bank account at time of deposit but rectified later, the maximum the player would be allowed to withdraw from that deposit would be 2x deposit. Ordinarily this would not be problematic, but the win was generated by a deposit that was collected without issue. The operator were looking to apply the term based on a previous uncollected deposit. The term simply was not worded in a manner that would facilitate this type of use and as such this non-payment was entirely without justification.
For references see Total Software Solutions SLR Player Issues
Affiliate Issues – We are aware of no unresolved affiliate issues at any major affiliate portals.
Conclusion
Where an operator tries to shoehorn rules to justify non-payment in our opinion it is fair to suggest that they may not be the most trustworthy group to work with. Combine this with weak licensing and we would suggest affiliates should look elsewhere for a partner.
