Player Issues – We are aware of no unresolved player issues at any major mediation portals.
Affiliate Issues – Affiliate Republik used to represent Tropezia Palace. This operator shifted to their own affiliate program – adding negative carry over to their terms at the time they did so – but remained under the same ownership. This appears to us to be a retroactive term change disguised in company restructuring.
Affiliate Republik work with casino operators that have a positive reputation with players. The affiliate program has no notable complaints that we’re aware of.
Where they do currently fall down is an odd apparent lack of information regarding the brands they are working with and the revenue plan that they offer. This is important information and given that operators that have worked with them in the past (Tropezia Palace) have left this group while making negative changes that have been retroactively enforced on affiliates, it’s a significant concern that this information is not being clearly stated.
