Player Issues – The AffClub properties – also known as the iGlobal Media group – are owned and operated by the same group that runs Bwin and Party casinos.
All of the casinos in this extended group have been completely non-responsive to player complaints at various 3rd party dispute mediation services.
The AffClub Affiliates group enforce withdrawal restrictions on Progressive Jackpot winnings. As Progressive Jackpots are paid out by the software provider jackpot pool, there’s no justification for enforcing this type of restriction and it is our opinion that operators engaged in this practice are trying to frustrate the winning player into losing back part of the win.

Affiliate Issues – AffClub Affiliates hold Rogue status with AffiliateGuardDog due to retroactive enforcement of new terms and conditions.
In late 2014 an affiliate was found to be engaged in large scale hacking of WordPress sites. They were using security loopholes to access the sites then uploading a page of casino reviews. All affiliate programs have clear terms and conditions prohibiting this type of marketing. While some affiliate programs managed to shut this affiliate down quickly and stopped appearing on the hacked sites, other programs either failed to stop the affiliate from opening new accounts or simply didn’t shut down the original accounts.
Some of the brands being operated by the extended AffClub Affiliates group continued to appear on these sites for many months after they were made aware of this issue.

Conclusion
From a player perspective, the AffClub Affiliate properties won’t discuss complaints with 3rd party dispute resolution services, this makes them riskier than other operators.
From an affiliate perspective AffClub has a negative carry over term. If your players have a win large enough to create a significant negative balance for you, this creates a situation where you no longer have any incentive to carry on marketing the program’s brands. This leads to a short-term mind set to working relationship between the affiliate and the program.
More than this however, they carry a minimum activity quota allowing them to close your account if you fail to keep promoting them. In our opinion this unfairly handcuffs the affiliate to continued promotion of the program if they are to receive due payment for their previously referred players. As such AffClub hold Not Recommended status.
